Our firms promote and market commercial properties in all states, specializing in manufactured housing communities, recreational vehicle parks and retirement resorts as well as office buildings, apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, and land. Our corporate office is located in Austin, Texas, with an additional office in the Rio Grande Valley. OUR STRATEGY… We specialize in cultivating long term relationships with our customers and clients, meeting their current as well as future needs by presenting suitable opportunities and matching qualified buyers with motivated sellers. * Management Services - $700/month minimum (property, asset or both) Our fee is usually based on a percentage of the gross collections avg. 4%-6% depending on the size of the park and tasks required. * Market Consultations - $140/hour (personal meeting, 2 hour minimum) * Marketing Reports
