Resident Relations
We maintain smooth operations by keeping the proper balance between tenant/management relations. We assume responsibility for all tenant interaction in conjunction with on-site manager. We have bilingual staff members available. Rules enforcement in conjunction with on-site manager, including service of 3/60 Day Notices, 14-Day Notices, and 7-Day Notices. We will:

  • Screen all new applicants

  • Enforce rules and regulations

  • Serve legal notices

  • Initiate and supervise eviction from start to finish
